Tree Description:
Red maple trees are native to the Chicago region and are found throughout eastern North America. Red maples can have a red hint in its flowers, twigs, and seeds; however the fall leaves can be bright red or yellow. The roots of red maple trees are dense and need a lot of room to spread out. Mature red maples can grow up to 60 feet tall.
