Great experience this year(2025).
The winter cemetery decorations were placed in front of graves early this year before Thanksgiving.
Normally, they weren't placed until the 2nd week of December.

This is the first time I ordered flowers, they are beautiful. I thought you were putting them on starting December 1 in which case I would have removed the Thanksgiving flowers. I feel they are placed where they could belong to anyone. I felt they would be closer to the grave. This is very disappointing to me. However it was well worth it they are lovely.

We apologize for any confusion regarding timing and placement. Because several neighboring niches already have permanently placed vases, we positioned your decoration as close to your loved one’s niche as possible without disturbing those existing items. We understand how important it is for these tributes to feel personal and properly placed, and we’re sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.

The lady was very polite and helpful with my request about flowers for my parents grave site. They notified me when the cross was put in. Very good communication. Thank you for the service
